How do I mint a bundle? +
Once your account is created, login to Compoundxbt and select the bundle you would like to mint. Input the amount you wish to mint and send the required Bitcoin to the address provided. Once the payment is received your bundle will be minted and will appear under "My Portfolio" once completed.
How long does it take for my bundle to be minted? +
The average time for a bundle to be minted is between 1-2 hours. This is dependent on the Bitcoin Network. The average confirmation time for a Bitcoin payment is between 10 minutes to 1 Hour. Transaction times can vary as it is affected by factors such as the total network activity, hashrate and transaction fees.
How can I see the performance of my bundle? +
Login to your Compoundxbt account and view your bundles as well as the performance and history under "My Portfolio" section on the dashboard.
How do I create a password? +
You will be required to create a password of your choice upon registration.
This password must meet the following criteria:
The password must be at least 8 characters long and have at least:
1 number
1 lowercase character
1 uppercase character, and;
1 special character
I forgot my password. How do I reset my password? +
To reset your password, you can use the "Recover Password" button available on the login page. Input your email address and select the "Recover" button. Check your inbox for the email to recover your password. Enter and confirm your new password (ensuring it complies with our password requirements).
